The Gambler and the Lady

Casino owner Jim Forster upsets the local mob when he moves into the London gambling scene. At the same time, he longs to be accepted by the English upper classes and even takes lessons in etiquette to improve the impression he gives them, unaware that they are laughing at him behind his back. A square peg in a round hole, he manages to upset everyone and soon he is in danger of losing his friends, his money – and his life!
