Born in 1910, prolific British supporting actor Ernest Blyth was a veteran of over 180 film and television productions, mostly uncredited, in a career spanning 37 years. His first film was Alf’s Button Afloat (1938) and his final appearance was as an audience member in The Rocky Horror Picture Show(1975). He died in 1981 at the age of 71.
